NYC SST: 32 Hour Supervisor Upgrade Package

This package is only for supervisors with an up-to-date OSHA 30 card.

The NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)'s Local Law 196 requires that Supervisors at all NYC job sites with a Site Safety Plan complete a 62-hour Site Safety Training (SST). This includes Site Safety Managers, Concrete Safety Managers, Site Safety Coordinators, Construction Superintendents, and all Competent Persons designated by Construction Superintendents. If you do not have an up-to-date OSHA 30 card, you need to complete our full 62-Hour Supervisor SST Package.

This package is for supervisors who already have a valid OSHA 30 card. It includes the following courses:

• 8-Hour Fall Prevention
• 8-Hour Site Safety Manager Refresher/Chapter 33
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold
• 2-Hour Site Safety Plan (SSP)
• 2-Hour Tool Box Talks
• 2-Hour Pre-Task Safety Meetings
• 2-Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness
• General Electives:
• 1-Hour Electrocution Prevention
• 1-Hour Handling Heavy Materials and Proper Lifting Techniques
• Specialized Electives:
• 1-Hour Asbestos / Lead Awareness
• 1-Hour Confined Space Entry

Receive your SST card after completing the course, score at least 75% on the course quizzes and final exams, and provide identity verification documents.
